The raw material is brand new HDPE (high density polyethylene)
Shade net is UV stabilized and guarantee 5 years lifetime.

The max width from 280gsm, 300gsm, 320gsm is 3m, ength is unlimited...
For lower weight shade net, max width is 8m, ength is unlimited...

Price quoted according to the weight of the shade net. We have 50g/m2,120g/m2,185g/m2......we can also do weight as customer needs.

We have completely sets of machines to make the shade cloth (shade net) by ourselves, and our sewing workshop make the shade sails. The shade cloth weight we make from 35gsm to 380gsm. (Grams per Square Meter)

Some features of our products as follows:
1. UV treated, blocks 95% of UV rays.
2. Easily cleaned with soap and water.
3.Heavy-duty nylon webbing runs around perimeter of sail for extra strength.
4.Heavy-duty stainless steel D ring (for 185gsm, 5mm) or triangle ring (for 280gsm, 8mm) is double stitched to nylon webbing for attaching turnbuckle.
5.Packing: We first put shade sails into PVC bag or color box, then put them into cartons.
6.We guarantee all our products for at least 5 years lifetime.
