HDPE SHADE SAIL
MATERIAL: The sun shade sail is made of 135GSM-350GSM (grams per square meter) UV protected high density polyethylene (100%HDPE) shade fabric with strong stitched seam. With Durable Stainless Steel D-rings in each corner make the sun sails easily attached to any sturdy connection point to provide sun protection and personal design where you need it.
UV BLOCKAGE: Protect people from harmful UV rays and direct sunlight exposure. Blocks harmful rays of the sun without trapping hot air beneath. Fabric has high density breathable blockage, while effectively reducing heat, blocking up to 95% of UV rays to protect people from sun burn.
BREATHABLE MATERIAL DESIGN: Allows cooling breezes and light to pass through for better airy and comfortable space, allows rains to pass through, so there's no pooling water( So it is not waterproof)
MEASUREMENT & WARRANTY: Measurement is taken from the point of one D ring to another. When you install the shade sail, remember to leave 1.5 - 2 foot space for the hardware kit between shade sail D ring and mounting points. All edges are finished slightly curved so it can be stretched tightly. Warranty for UV is 5 years on the fabric.

1. What is the minimum order(MOQ)? 

100 pcs per color per weight.

2. What is the sample time and production time?

Sample time: within 7 days  Production time: 25-45 days

4. Can you please offer the best price based on our order quantity?

Our price usually based on customers order quantity, we are the factory making this product, so it is sure you get the most cost effective price from us directly.

5. What is the payment term for order?

6. How to order the shade net, shade sail, waterproof shade sail, balcony fence screen, outdoor carpet, window blinds...?

Several steps as follows:

(1). Talk with our sales person and fix the order at first.

(2). We will send you a PI, after you sign the PI then it's a confirmation for the order.

(3). You will need to send us some deposit (usually 30%) after order confirm.  We will arrange the production upon receipt of your deposit.

(4). Before the goods ready to ship, we will check with shipping charges for you, or, you can arrange shipment by your own shipping forwarder.

(5). After ship depart, we will send you BL copy for you to pay the balance payment. We will send you all documents for your customs clearance after we get your payment.

(6). We will follow up every order after shipment, help to start (or build up) your business step by step. Our after sale service just started after we deliver the goods.
